By using the Attractions app ("App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Attractions is a theme park companion app. Features may change at any time. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may suspend or discontinue the App or your access to it at any time, for any reason.
You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the App.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refund requests go through Apple.
The App collects and uses data to provide its features. Your data may be shared with other users through social features. We will never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Don't use the App to break the law, harass others, impersonate people, or try to hack or reverse engineer anything.
The App and its content are owned by Attractions. Theme park names and marks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with any theme park operator.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTRACTIONS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
